Arrival & Access


Clear directions provided on booking. Rural access may be narrow in places.


Facilities

• Washing machine and tumble drier available in barn ( games room)for occupants of both the cottage and granary to use 
• Secure bike shed ,outdoor washing facilities for muddy bikes and paws.
• All bed  linen provided ,guests may bring own bedding.
• towels provided on request .
• Stair gates available if required
• Any other requirements can be discussed on enquiries 

Pets


Well‑behaved dogs welcome. Please respect livestock and wildlife.



Heating & Power


• Cottages are warm and powered by renewable energy.


• Logs provided for wood burners in cottage and granary.

Recreation 

• In games room there is a small snooker/ table tennis table , childrens outdoor games, dart board .
• Garden chairs and table for guest use 
• Guests have the use of the all garden areas and wider grounds to enjoy.

Winter Stays


Winter brings frost, stars, wood fires and solitude. Suitable vehicles recommended in adverse weather.
