Terms and Conditions

• Internet and telephone bookings are reserved for 1 week until deposit is received.
• 25% deposit payable on booking (by cheque or bank transfer). Balance due on arrival. Deposit will be returned if owners have to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. snow)
• The accommodation is normally let from 3.00pm on day of arrival to 10.30am on day of departure. For Short Breaks this departure time will be waived if no new guests are arriving that day. But this cannot be guaranteed, so to ensure a late departure, a third night must be booked.
• The accommodation should be left clean and tidy and any breakages or damage reported.
• The day of arrival/length of stay is flexible. Minimum stay 2 nights.
• Stays of 2,3 or 4 nights are charged at the nightly rate, longer stays are charged pro rata of the weekly rate.
• Pets welcome (no charge) with the following conditions:
  1. Dogs not to be left alone in cottages
  2. Pets to have had recent/effective treatment for fleas
  3. Dogs to be kept on leads around the cottages (except for the designated spaces)
